Recommended intake
Take 2 capsules daily unchewed with sufficient water. Best taken 60 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal.

Worth knowing about the Ashwagandha plant
The Ashwagandha plant is also called winter cherry or Indian ginseng and belongs to the nightshade family. The name comes from Sanskrit and translates to "smell of the horse" – in India, the horse is a symbol of strength, energy, and vitality. Traditionally, the root is used: it contains the characteristic withanolides, a group of over 300 phytochemicals to which high-quality extracts like KSM-66® are standardized. In Ayurvedic tradition, Ashwagandha is considered an adaptogen.
